We are a group of ladies who have been together for many years. At first Judy Moolenschot was our teacher, helping us to find our own voices and creativity, but now she has decided to go back to making her own artwork  and we all get together once a week to potter along on whatever takes our fancy artwise. However Judy cannot completely silence the teacher within and still conducts workshops with us sometimes. We have enjoyed the journey of finding our own different styles and talents and delight in learning new techniques and skills.

The place where we meet is a hall belonging to the Lions Club of Tokai, which is surrounded by a business selling compost (hence our group’s name).

Occasionally we all work on something together, whether it be a workshop or a project.

As we are all busy people, this blog is not complete yet, but we hope you will enjoy reading a bit about us, and check it from time to time to see if anything new has come up.

Blog training

Group training to use the blog

We have set up a blog training date on the 4th of November at Judy's home.

Sonja, who set up the blog, will be showing everyone how to:

  • create new pages and posts on the blog,
  • format the content,
  • resize pictures for the web,
  • add content and images,
and answer whatever other questions come up.
